Our quotes are all-in. That means moisture testing on slabs (essential given how much our clay soil can move a foundation over the years), subfloor leveling, baseboard removal and reinstall, full disposal of your existing floor, and transitions to adjacent rooms. We protect the rest of your home with floor runners and dust containment, and we vacuum and clean up at the end of every workday.

A typical whole-room install (carpet, LVP, or laminate) takes 1 day. Hardwood takes 2–4 days depending on whether it's pre-finished. Tile takes 3–5 days for installation plus 1 day for grout cure before walking on it.
Yes — we move standard furniture as part of the install. We ask homeowners to handle electronics, fragile items, and anything inside dressers or closets so we don't risk damaging keepsakes.
We do install customer-supplied materials, but warranty coverage is labor-only in that case. When we supply the material, you get one combined warranty on product and installation.
